- If I'm looking for illegal immigrants in a state that borders Mexico, and I pull someone over who only speaks Spanish and appears to be from Mexico, why would I not think they were in the country illegally? Only 50,000 legal immigrants come from Mexico every year.

- Just to state the obvious - Obama is the product of a Kenyan and a white woman. He does not have any former slave blood in him. "His people" never endured discrimination in the United States. To latch on to the civil rights struggle as if he has some past history is just plain wrong.

- AP-1414066, let me say this again. No one has a right to have their employer provide them health insurance, much less have specific coverages. There is no constitutional right to birth control. There is a constitutional right to not be forced to provide it if it is against your religion.

- Mark, the no copay provision is the big sticking point. If there is no copay, the plan is paying the full cost, and therefore the plan sponsor (the religious organization) is paying the full cost.

- Artificial Birth Control might be used by many women, but that does not mean that it is a right for those women to have their employer pay 100% of the cost of their birth control. That is the issue. Yes, women, you may use your birth control. Great. But getting it free is not a right.

I agree with Rich. It clearly states in your enlistment contract that you will have a term of IRR. If you are not smart enough to read this clause, well, that's your own fault.
